Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Return Process to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Upon approval, send the item back to our address, and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Non-Refundable ItemsShipping fees are non-refundable. Also, discounted or promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
